More NETeller News!
It looks like there is no end to the NETeller news. Most recently, the company had announced that $81 million have been reimbursed to US customers who had their money locked back in 2007. However, there is $13 million still needing to be claimed by US customers and the deadline is approaching. After January 26, US account holders will not be able to claim any assets via the NETeller website.
On January 16, NETeller will be making its final $38.25 million to US authorities in accordance with the $136 million court settlement. Furthermore, the company had also made a $1.75 million dollar payment for another settlement made with a third-party vendor for a breach of contract. The vendor’s name was never released.
Despite these events, NETeller has expressed great “confidence” in their recent financial earnings and has many future plans that will supposedly push the company to even higher earnings for the 2008 fiscal year. Their next major announcements will be made on Tuesday, March 11, 2008.

Ad Whitelist Update for UK Gambling
Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport has confirmed that it will not allow Antigua and Barbuda or the Kahnawake Territory onto the ad whitelist for gambling. If they were to be added this would allow these groups to advertise gambling in the UK. More »

2008 LAPC Schedule Announced
The ever so popular Los Angeles Poker Classic schedule for 2008 has been announced this past Thursday and will be held at the Commerce Casino in Los Angeles, CA. Last year the event attracted over 13,400 players who competed in the various formats offered. More »
