Neteller To Release US Funds
NETeller, Plc. has reached an agreement with the United States Attorney's Office of the Southern District of New York (USAO) and Navigant Consulting, Inc. on the distribution of funds to US Customers according to a press release from the company. This distribution will take place after NETeller the investigation with the USAO has concluded which is predicted to happen no later than July 13, 2007.
Soon US NETeller customers will be able to access their accounts via the internet within a window of 180 days. During this customers may request to withdraw their funds with no charges. These funds will be distributed by check or electronic transfer into a bank account. No interest will be paid on any of these funds. US customers will be forced to request a complete withdraw of their funds, no partial requests will be permitted. Naturally, US customers during this time will not be allowed to make any other types of transactions other than a request for a withdraw of funds.

Ad Whitelist Update for UK Gambling
Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport has confirmed that it will not allow Antigua and Barbuda or the Kahnawake Territory onto the ad whitelist for gambling. If they were to be added this would allow these groups to advertise gambling in the UK. More »
